Transfers to another account owned by the depositor or to a third party via preauthorized or automatic transfer or telephone agreement are limited to 6 per month or statement cycle of at least 4 weeks. A preauthorized transfer includes any arrangement by the bank to pay a third party from the account of the depositor (including ACH orders) at a predetermined time or on a fixed schedule. An unlimited number of transfers are permitted for certain circumstances.

No more than three transfers may be made by check, draft, point of sale, debit card, voice response unit, internet banking/bill pay or similar order made by the depositor and payable to third parties.* An unlimited number of transfers are permitted for certain circumstances.
